We offer full-size 56 passenger motorcoaches.
All of our buses come equipped with air conditioning, restroom, reclining seats, TVs, DVD players, and Wi-Fi.
A 25% deposit is required in order to reserve.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to pick-up.
We accept all major credit cards, checks and wires. All deposits must be paid by a credit/debit card.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our ability to deliver premium, on-demand transportation for all our clients.
Yes. Your group must provide the driver his/her own room for all overnight trips and charters requiring a hotel stay.
Gratuity is not included in our quotes. It is entirely at your discretion and is typically handled directly with the driver at the end of the trip. Cash tips are preferred, but many groups also provide a gratuity via the driver's digital payment app (Venmo/CashApp) or a check made out directly to the driver.
Both smoking and alcohol are not permitted on the buses. This includes vaping.
Your final itinerary is due 10 days before pick-up. You can email it in to your contact here at USA Coachlines with your charter # listed on it.
